These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the physical cryptocurrency kiosks and services operated by Secure Technology Enterprises West LLC (d/b/a SecureTech, "we," "us," or "our"). By initiating a transaction at our kiosks or using securetechwest.com, you agree to these terms.
1. Regulatory Compliance & Identity Verification
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification information when using our services. To prevent financial crime, all transactions are subject to identity screening and verification. We reserve the absolute right to freeze, cancel, or reject any transaction, or block any user profile at our sole discretion without prior notice.
2. Transaction Limits
SecureTech enforces strict rolling transaction velocity limits per user. Any attempt to bypass, circumvent, or manipulate these limits across multiple kiosks or profiles is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account ban and potential regulatory reporting.
3. Non-Custodial Wallet Acknowledgement
Our services are entirely non-custodial. Cryptocurrency transactions are mathematically irreversible once broadcasted onto the blockchain network. You are strictly responsible for providing your own correct crypto wallet destination address. SecureTech cannot reverse, recover, or refund digital assets sent to an incorrect wallet address or to a third party.
4. Fees and Transaction Rates
All kiosk transactions are subject to service fees and exchange rate spreads applied transparently at the terminal point of sale. By inserting physical fiat cash or confirming a withdrawal, you explicitly accept the final transaction price and displayed rate fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
SecureTech is not liable for blockchain network delays, exchange market volatility price swings, terminal hardware drops, or losses arising from your interaction with third-party scams or fraudulent schemes.
